Where in the Bible is it made clear that smoking is a sin?

Nowhere. The Bible doesn't say "Thou shalt not smoke", but many people take the verse about 'not profaning the temple' (i.e. your body) to mean not to pollute yourself with poisons such as tobacco and illegal substances. Many Christians apply the same rule to alcohol, whereas others drink in moderation. Jul 25 03, 1:49 PM
