Calm down, Luis! What I want is a vertebrate. The oldest of which on record died at 10 weeks old. OK Dark Bark - you get half a yay. What's its scientific name?

Nothobranchius furzeri, the 5 centimetre fish matures, mates, lays its eggs, and dies of old age in just 6 weeks or so.
