    		She did really die, she was hit by something (a t-shirt i think) and fell from the football stand. It was basically Homer's fault.

    		She dies after falling from a grandstand at a motor race. She was hit by a t-shirt fired by a cheerleader. According to Homer, it was his fault because "he forced her to get out of her seat, he caused the lethal barrage and parked in the ambulance zone, preventing any chance of resusitation."
