Canada and Australia are in the Commonwealth, have the same monarch as the UK, but are not British territories, being independent nations. The answer has got to be one of the smaller bits still ruled from Britain, like the Cayman Islands, Anguilla, etc. On area, (including sea) probably the Bahamas which are (I think) self governing but not independent. Unless you count the (disputed) British Antarctic Territory.
