Many people automatically think of raw fish, but Sushi is so much more than that. Raw fish is actually Sashimi; Sushi is a morsel made from vinegared rice, sometimes wrapped in Nori seaweed, and can have a variety of additional ingredients, including thinly sliced raw fish, prawns, salmon roes, omelette, avocado, cucumber, smoked salmon, mushroom etc. Oh, and they are delicious!
