It's called "Ai Du" and it's on an album called 'Talking Timbuktu' with Ry Cooder and Ali Farka Toure.

Well the imdb says that there is something called "exit music" which is billed separately from the other music - perhaps for copyright reasons this doesn't appear on the soundtrack. Have a look here and see if this helps.
