Where is the statue of IKB (Isambard Kingdom Brunel)? It is no longer at the top of the escalators at Paddington Station, I have just been there.

Not having been to Paddington Station for ages, I do not know if the following will throw any light on the statues whereabouts.

Paddington Station
Located just off to the north west of Hyde Park and serving the west of England, this is the termination point of the Heathrow Express which is a fast rail link from Heathrow Airport. The station was built by Isambard Kingdom Brunel and still retains a very old train station feel - definitely worth a visit (check out the Brunel statue in the small lobby entrance across from track 1 and the Paddington Bear statue in the large glassed-in lobby just above the entrance to the London Underground).

This question was asked quite a while ago on the old AFT.
I did find a link that said it had been relocated to a different part of Paddington station and there were some details of exactly where.
The person who actually asked the question on that occasion was a frequent visitor to Paddington and confirmed its new location on their next visit.

It was I who asked the question and I certainly didn't find it and haven't found it.

Well mibmob, if it was you that asked the question then it must have been someone else who joined in the discussion that confirmed its location on the strength of the information that I provided.
