The identity of Pharaoh is an unresolved question at this time. No names are given in the Bible and the name Ramses is only given as the name of a place. Apart from Ramses and Ceti (the choice made in Cecil B deMille's 'The Ten Commandments') there are other, possibly better theories as well as Orson Scott Card's interesting speculation that he might be Tuthmose III.
