The identity of Pharaoh is an unresolved question at this time. No names are given in the Bible and the name Ramses is only given as the name of a place. Apart from Ramses and Ceti (the choice made in Cecil B deMille's 'The Ten Commandments') there are other, possibly better theories as well as Orson Scott Card's interesting speculation that he might be Tuthmose III. One could browse many papers online and debate their merits with Egyptologists. For example:
Moses led the Jews out of Egypt in the most daring crusade of the Old Testament. See what you know of his story. All questions based on the Hebrew version of the Old Testament and the Midrash.
