Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Papua New Guinea, Belize, Mauritius, the Bahamas, Bermuda, Turks and Caicos Islands, British Virgin Islands, Pitcairn, the Isle of Man, the Bailiwick of Jersey, the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Gibraltar, Tuvalu, Kiribati, the Cayman Islands, Anguilla, St Vincent and the Grenadines, St Lucia, Dominica (I think), Montserrat. That's not counting Ascension, Falklands, St Helena, British Indian Ocean Territory, South Georgia, Tristan da Cunha and other bits. That's off the top of my head - google and you'll find the rest.

Assumed the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. And forgot St Kitts and Nevis.
