Yep...though I can't remember the name. It is either in Vermont or Maine, and has been chronicled on tv news programs, since the 9/11 immigration/terrorist thing has been so prominent. Apparently when someone in Canada (or the US) wishes to visit a neighbor across the street, they are legally required to go through customs first. Aug 29 03, 5:09 PM
