George Lansbury never became Prime Minister. He became leader of the Labour Party after MacDonald ratted abd formed a National Government. However Helena Bonham-Carter is the *great*-granddaughter of H. H. Asquith, who was PM from 1908 to 1916. I don't know whether she's had a TV career in the States. Sep 02 03, 9:38 AM
