Here's a few.
The Book of Jasher is mentioned in Joshua 10:13 & 2Sam.1:18
The Book of the Covenant is mentioned in Exodus 20:22 and elsewhere, eg 2Kings 23
The Book of the Wars of the Lord is mentioned in Numbers 21:14
There are numerous references in (especially) Kings to the "book of the annals of" successive kings.
Daniel 10 contains a reference to The Book of Truth, but I'm not sure if that refers to an actual book.
