From British military names, can anyone tell me what a Dragoon is? Or a Fusileer? Or a Hussar?

A dragoon was a heavy cavalryman armed with a fire-spitting musket called a dragoon. A fusileer was a foot soldier armed with a flintlock musket called a fusil. A hussar was a light cavalryman; hussars were originally the national cavalry of Hungary dating from the 15th century.
These three terms are merely historical nowadays within the British Army. Why not have a look at army.mod.uk ?
