    LOLL To let hang from the mouth, as the tongue

    POP (as in Soda Pop - A nonalcoholic, flavored, sometimes carbonated beverage)
    from POPSICLE
    A combination of ICICLE and POP (ie frozen/ice of fruit drink etc)

    Pop means something sweet, as in soda pop or ice pop.
