    		The story behind this pseudonym is an horrific tale of such bitter tragedy that to hear it will bring you nothing but misery and discomfort to know that so much misfortune can befall one human being. I suggest you try to find the answer to some happier question and leave this one well alone.

    All I will say further to this is "Daniel Handler". Now don't say I didn't warn you.

    		Lemony Snicket's real name is Daniel Handler. Lemony Snicket is just a pseudonym.
