    What name was comedian and movie star Jack Black given at birth?

    		Jack has been quoted as saying that Jack is, in fact, not his real name. At least, it's not what he "signs his checks with". He has stated Jack is a nickname from early childhood. His actual name is still not certain, though rumour leans towards either Thomas or James.
