There was one in Dudley in the West Midlands earlier this year but I'm afraid I don't remember the details.Anyone else know the details?

I thought of the Dudley quake too curly, which was big for Britain at 5.0 on the Richter scale and left a crack in the ceiling at the top of our stairs, but that was in September 2002. Although I know that trivial seismic movements affect the UK every day, I can't find a reported one later than the Manchester tremor Linus found.

YESTERDAY or TODAY !
You need to define a magnitude for your "last earthquake"
Almost each and every week in the UK, 4 to 6 earthquakes occur of a measurable amount to be placed on the official scale.
On average every 12 days one will sufficient in strength to be felt by people if they are close enough to the epicentre.
