    		This is from my brain - We had this one in a pub quiz, and the given answer was the ostrich.

    		Yay SM! I didn't say the fastest ON two feet! And yes, the fastest thing on two feet is an ostrich (or according to Ray Stevens, the Streak).

    		To back up SM's answer, the pergrine falcon can reach 320kph (around 200mph) in a dive. An ostrich can run at an average 50kph (30mph), but faster when it sprints.
