Norry, are deliberately leading the young woman astray? Surely the answer is "leaves"? "Lipids" is just another word for oils and fats.

I agree that it would have to be leaves, not lipids. I don't even think that plants have lipids? That would be because lipids is a word that refers to the collective group of fats & oils, nutrients found in food. Fats are animal based and oils are plant based.
Transpiration is the movement of water through a plant from the roots up the stem to the leaves and out of the plant through evaporation. Photosynthesis is the creation of energy using sunlight and carbon dioxide. This process occurs mainly in the leaves of a plant as these receive the most sunlight.
