I suspect that what you are looking for is that all of her greatgrandparents were British. This is very unusual since Monarchs usually made (until recently) dynastic marriages to foreign princes/princesses. Prince William, if becomes King, will be the most British Monarch since Elizabeth I.

Excellent, Jimmy! That's got it! Henry VIII Had one foriegn great-grandmother. Wills has both of Philip's parents.
