Doug is probably more correct. The Tudors (or Tewdwr) were a native Welsh family from Angelesy. While Henry and Edward were merely Welsh-born. By the strictest definition, Henry VII was only one-quarter Welsh, but it was the male line, and in the patriarical society that's usually the one that counts first. And it is one-quarter more than the other two can claim.
