    Nauru is the second least populated country in the world, second only to the Vatican City. It has an estimated 9,400 population. But in February 2011, it won a new distinctions as the world's fastest country. Obesity has become a problem with the westernization of this tiny south Pacific island, with fast food identified as the number one culprit. The favorite food there is fried chicken and coke.
