Why did Prince Edward and Sophie decide to not let their children have the title HRH?

Question #40928. Asked by an alias.

    Linus_337

It was said that it is partly so that they do not have to "carry the burden" of the title HRH, and also an attempt to diminish media attention in the children throughout their lives.
