    In early 2000 it was about 800, possibly 1000 by 2001.

    About a year ago: Oct 2002

    THE hauliers Eddie Stobart and Norbert Dentressangle, two of the Britain’s best known hauliers, are to be joined by a new title.

    The new firm — Jigsaw — will run the second largest fleet of lorries in the country. Jigsaw will have 1,400 vehicles and 2,000 trailers
