Other than George W. Bush, how many US presidents have won the election without winning the popular vote?

Before 1824 there was no popular election, the Electoral College voted according to the state legislature. I wasn't counting these elections as there was no popular vote to win or lose.
My question was which presidents got less than a majority of the popular votes but won by virtue of receiving a majority of the electoral votes? By a majority of popular votes
I mean more than any other candidate, not necessarily more than 50%.
George Washington did win his election by the standards of the time, and Ford was not elected at all, so he doesn't qualify.

I hope you're not going to say I am wrong again...all the Presidents I listed got less than a majority of the popular vote. That answers your question.

I said winning the popular vote, that means getting more votes than any other candidate.
