Cute question since the Likely Lads led to a sequel titled "Whatever Happened to the Likely Lads" (1972-1974). As for the original show, most of it was lost when the master tapes were wiped in the 1960s.

James Bolam, who played Terry Collier, still pops up regularly on British TV. I haven't seen Rodney Bewes (Bob Ferris) for a while though.
"Whatever Happened To...?" was much better than the original series.

The former Likely Lad - now a respectable gentleman of the theatre - is appearing on stage at the Everyman in Cheltenham tomorrow Sunday 16th November in the one-man show - Diary of A Nobody.
Bewes, who is celebrating his 50th anniversary in showbusiness, is looking forward to returning to Cheltenham after his success last year with Three Men in a Boat.
