    		India as far as I am concerned.
    I have been to a cashew nut "factory" in both Goa and Sri Lanka and seen them being roasted, shelled etc.

    		YAY!! DB. If Siskin had read the information on the website she provided, she would have seen that Vietnam has overtaken Brazil, and is now second to India in terms of production.
