Actually you are right, Hamlet. Isabella appeared in the Columbian commemoratives of 1893. There is also a woman or girl in the 1898 Trans-Mississippi Expositon issue. Martha was the first woman to appear in a portrait on a stamp, in 1902.
I had no site, I just used my stamp collection, Isabella appeares in large group scenes and she isn't difficult to miss.
