    		My dictionary definition would confirm camouflage as correct.
    "The natural blending colour of an animal"

    		there is also countershading (when for ex. fish are white below and dark above so they blend w/ the sky from the botom and the ocean from top.)
    and counterillumination (ex. when fish or shrimp etc. use photophores to make light on their ventral surface to match the light that is coming from above.)
