What is considered the ultimate speed limit?

It has to be the speed of light. However if you live in the UK anywhere that doesn't have a speed camera. Which is not many roads now.

Or 186,000 miles/second. But, studies have been done which show that under certain circumstances, light itself can travel short distances up to 7% faster than the speed of light... So it isn't really "ultimate."
