Guiness Book of Records (1998) has:
Record length is 10 metres (32ft 9.5ins) for Python Reticulatus shot in Celebes, Indonesia, in 1912.
The Guinness Book of World Records lists the longest captured snake as a 32ft 9.5in (10m) retie found on the Indonesian island of Celebes (Sulawesi) in 1912.

It depends what you mean by the biggest.

According to Guinness World Records the longest snake in the world is the reticulated python (Python reticulates) of southeast Asia, Indonesia and the Philippines, which regularly exceeds 6.25 m (20 ft 6 in). As far as Guinness is concerned the record length is 10 m (32 ft 9.5 in), for a specimen shot in Celebes, Indonesia, in 1912 though many books and websites will give accounts of longer reptiles than that.

The most massive snake is the anaconda, which is of similar length to the reticulated python but much bulkier. There are lots of competing claims for the heaviest. A well authenticated contender is a female anaconda shot in Brazil in c. 1960. It was 8.45m (27ft 9in) long, with a girth of 1.11m (44in), and was estimated to have weighed nearly 227Kg (500lb).

In the wild - 10.15 metres or 33 feet long
In captivity - 8.77 metres or 28.5 feet long
Both were reticulated pythons.
he longest snake ever found is a reticulated python that was found in Sulawesi Island, Indonesia in 1912. It was 33 feet long. While it is believed that the American water boa (known as the anaconda) may grow larger or heavier, the largest snakes found both in the wild and in captivity are reticulated pythons. The largest snake ever held in captivity was a python named Colossus. She lived at the Pittsburgh Zoo in Pennsylvania and at the time of her death she was 28.5 feet long, had a girth of 37.5 inches and weighed an estimated 320 pounds.

If you look in the records there is a lot of controversy over which snake holds the world's record for massive size.

The dimensions that have earned the anaconda the title of king is its total body mass or its weight (the sheer physical bulk of it). The other snake that competes with the anaconda is the Asiatic Reticulated Python (Python reticulatus).

The python holds the world's record for length of a snake, with the longest ever measured at 33 feet. Even though the longest python is longer than the record-holding anaconda, the girth of the anaconda is far bigger. Anacondas in the jungles of South America can grow as big around as a grown man!
