    Ben Franklin, Robert Morris and as Rlaj said, James Wilson, from Pennsylvania
    George Read from Delaware
    and Edward Rutledge from South Carolina

    My mistake. Edward Rutledge signed the Declaration, while John Rutledge signed the Constitution. I believe the other name is George Clymer, from Pennsylvania.
