Since their paths cross, is it possible that Pluto and Neptune could collide?

Also, the path of Pluto is inclined at an angle of 17.2 degrees and never truely crosses Neptune's path. In many two-dimensional orbital diagrams, it would appear that they cross, but in three dimensional diagrams, it is clear that they actually do not.
