Could someone please tell me, in the movie "Jerry McGuire" who actually says the famous line, "Show me the money," is it Tom Cruise or Cuba Gooding Jr, or both?

    Hamlet.

Definitely Gooding, but Cruise might also say it...

Both of them say it. At one point at the beginning of the movie, when Cruise is trying to get Gooding as a client, Gooding tells him he has to say "Show me the money" and Cruise repeats it, until they are actually yelling it at each other.
