Dives means rich man - in some translations that is actually what he is called. Lazarus means a leper. There is a lovely folk song from your part of the world which Vaughan Williams set five variations to called Dives and Lazarus. Don't think much of your options, splendour! Dec 09 03, 10:32 AM

I'd go with "peaceful death" although I don't see a great deal of difference in that and "eternal peace."
