What is the country with the most climate zones (forgot the real term but I mean like deserts, rainforest, tundra, taiga, etc)?

This map gives eleven zones,nine of which can be found in the US, including Alaska. This probably goes to ten if Hawaii is added. The only one missing is tundra/ice cap, if one includes Hawaii as wet equatorial. (How does the climate of So. Australia does not do too badly. More snow than Switzerland, rain forests, both tropical, sub tropical and temperate, deserts, grasslands, old growth forests, and this all in one large and one small islands. Dec 12 03, 3:43 AM

Greenwich Mean Time was imposed by Queen Victoria to differentiate between the time Zones in the UK and the time zones in her husbands home country. True or false?
