What is the time difference between England and Sydney, Australia?

There is a difference of ten hours between Brisbane and England, and that would be the same for Sydney. Except that is, during Daylight Saving in Sydney which would mean eleven hours, as Sydney's time is one hour ahead of Brisbane's.
