What country was first to use crossbows? And which was the first country to use normal bows (i.e Long Bow, Recurve, I wouldn't include compound, 'cause that's fairly recent)?

the Longbow was first recorded as being used by the Welsh in 633 (with a nod to Mochyn)
Evidence of bows bearing cross-sections of the traditional "D" shape, others rounded while others flat have been in use for approximately 5,000 years.
