    Does anyone know what kind of southern Italian food "n'duja" is?

    		According to a web page, it’s a soft spreadable sausage, very piquant and tasty, made from the cheaper parts of a pig (formerly from pork offal) and flavoured with peppercorns.

    		Hi! I am Italian. n'duja is a very hot cold meat made in Puglia (sud - east of Italy). Very good on Pizza!!

    		It originates from Spilinga and its surrounding areas in Calabria.
