As it's a drinking party with the specific intention of developing sparkling and witty conversation, I suppose poor Hamlet wouldn't be there.

Ah yes!! "Wine is a mocker; strong drink is raging", as the proverb says. Women were not welcome, unless they were dancing girls, slaves, or courtesans.
