With all the buzz going on about mad cow disease, just what are the nutritional differences between eating beef, chicken, and fish? Would it make any difference in terms of nutrition if you never ate beef again?

Nope, there are plenty of people that have lived long and healthily without eating any of that particular trio. If you are planning on giving up beef (even temporarily), just make sure you eat plenty of iron rich veggies. Of course, that is an aspect of your eating behavior that you should follow even if you're eating beef.
