    If you include vowel forms and tone markers, then Thai has 76 letters, 44 consonants, 28 vowel forms and 4 tone markers.

    Tamil has 247 letters in it. 12 vowels, 18 consonants, 18x12 vowel-consonants and 1 special letter.

    The abjad alphabet with the most letters is Sindhi with 51 letters. Sindhi is used in Pakistan and India.

    The abugida alphabet with the most letters is Khmer with a total of 74 letters. This alphabet is used in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Thailand and in Australia and the USA by Khmer speaking people.
