Just heard of a holiday called Saint Urho. Who is he?

As well as the usual sounds, my cat also communicates with a sound between a door creaking and a purr, just like she's talking to me. I've heard other cats do it, but don't know if there's a word for it, as it's a totally different sound and should have a name. Any ideas?
