    Subterranean Homesick Blues (I think)

That's correct, it was Subterranean Homesick Blues. It actually wasn't a video, it was the opening sequence of the Dylan documentary film "Don't Look Back." Interesting side note, the poet Allan Ginsburg was in the background while Dylan was flipping the cue cards. This scene has been copied an endless amount of times (by INXS, among others) but never truly equaled.

Late '80s or early '90s there was an MTV video by a then popular male singer. I don't remember him nor the song but I do remember the girl. She was running away from a storm or hurricane and took shelter in a barn or farmhouse. Though I think the video was black and white, I think she was blonde, very pretty, hair like Heather Locklear in "TJ Hooker". What was that song?
