Can anyone identify a cartoon character for me? I have the image in mind of a short, old guy with a gigantic hat, a bristle moustache, short stature. I thought he was one of Li'l Abner's characters or one of Popeye's characters, but a search of both websites nixed that idea. The image I have says "Maw's Problem." He seems to be associated with moonshine in some manner.
