Yes. He is related to 16 former presidents. The list consists of George Washington, Millard Fillmore, Franklin Pierce, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses Grant, Rutherford B. Hayes, James Garfield, Grover Cleveland, Teddy Roosevelt, William Howard Taft, Calvin Coolidge, Herbert Hoover, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and George H. W. Bush.

I had never heard that before quickfire, so I was compelled to do a little research on this. It turns out that W. is indeed distantly related to all of the presidents you listed, but most of them (excluding his father, of course) are distant cousins several times removed. As this website points out, by using such a loose definition of familial relations, George W. can be considered a relative of almost half of the entire population of the United States.

As to the specific question of his relationship to Franklin Pierce, George's mother Barbara Bush (whose maiden name was Pierce) is a direct lineal descendent of the former president.
