    Second to John F. Kennedy, what man's picture was issued on postage stamps world-wide in 1964?

    		Not sure what second might mean, but several stamps were issued worldwide. USA: John Muir; Dubai: Shaikhs Rashid & Ahmad; Greece: King Constantine, India: Sri Aurobindo; Iran: Haile Selassie, Eleanor Roosevelt and KinBauduin; Australia's Navigator series with Cook and Tasman, and I'm sure many others.
