When has the 25th Amendment been invoked?

June 2002 was one such occasion. President Bush invoked the 25th Amendment making Cheney the temporary President while Mr. Bush underwent a routine colonoscopy. The only other time the 25th Amendment had been used was when Ronald Reagan had colon surgery and transferred his powers to the first President Bush.

However, I know that there was at least one other time when the 25th amendment was invoked, it was also the first time it was used...in 1973, Spiro Agnew resigned from office causing Dick Nixon to replace him with Gerald Ford:
