Which country was deprived of land by Stalin's finger or is this a myth?

Finland. Apparently when the boundary between Finland and the USSR was redrawn after World War II, it was drawn onto an actual map of the area and at one point Stalin placed his finger on the map, forcing whoever was marking the border-line to trace round it.
As to whether this is true or merely apocryphal, I'm not certain...
