This site has:

One for a wish
Two for a kiss
Three for a letter
Four for something better
Five for silver
Six for gold
Seven for a secret,
Never to be told.

I haven’t heard this before, but the omens for 5, 6 and 7 also crop up in a British rhyme about magpies.

At school we always used to say:

One's a fish,
Two's a dish,
Three's a handful of bricks,
Four's a log,
Five's a jog,
Six's a lung full of smog

This really reminds me of school days, so long ago now...sigh!
